Terms of service

These terms govern enrollments in the "Complete Trade Finance, foundation program" course offered by Trade Finance Academy.

1. Scope and description

The program runs online via Zoom, with five weekly 2-hour sessions (10 hours total), on Tuesdays from 6 to 8 PM Swiss time. The price is CHF 1,200 per participant per cohort.

2. Enrollment and payment

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment in CHF by card via Stripe. An invoice is issued automatically by email. No instalment plan is available in v1.1.

3. Cancellation and refund

• Full refund if cancellation is notified at least 7 days before the cohort start.
• 50% refund if cancellation is notified between 7 days and 48 hours before the start.
• No refund afterwards. A transfer to a later cohort may be offered subject to availability.

4. Access and replays

Each participant receives a personal Zoom link on the day of each session. Sessions are recorded and replays remain available in the participant's dashboard for 3 months after the cohort ends. PDF materials are downloadable.

5. Certificate

A personalised certificate of continuing education is issued to anyone who attended (live or via replay) the majority of the sessions. This certificate is not equivalent to a state-recognised academic diploma.

6. Cancellation by the publisher

If a cohort is cancelled by the publisher (force majeure, insufficient enrolment), amounts paid are refunded in full.

7. Intellectual property

Materials, videos and case studies remain the exclusive property of the publisher. Any reproduction, redistribution or sharing with third parties is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

8. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on this site and with the Swiss FADP and the GDPR.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law, jurisdiction of Geneva.
